B6 and B12 Vitamins for Weight Loss

This vitamin is in much of people's diets naturally, as B6 can be found in meat, different nuts, vegetables and grains. A lack of B6 in the body can result in many issues, such as skin disease, or tongue and cheek inflammation, to name a couple of examples.

Weight loss using vitamin B6
